Full-time Physiatrist

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a skilled and compassionate Full-time Physiatrist to join our team in Northfield Falls, Vermont.
About the Role:As a Full-time Physiatrist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and rehabilitation services to our clients in their homes. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans that promote independence, safety, and overall well-being.
Responsibilities:- Perform diagnostic tests and measurements to assess patient needs and develop effective care plans.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans that address patient goals and objectives.
- Provide physical therapy interventions, including manual therapeutic exercises, gait training, and balance training.
- Collaborate with nursing and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Document patient progress and outcomes in a timely and accurate manner.
- Current Vermont Physical Therapist license.
- Minimum of one year of recent work experience as a Physical Therapist.
- Graduation from a program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association or the Committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation of the American Medical Association.
- Solid computer skills and prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred.
