Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately process customer purchases, returns, exchanges, and store credits while ensuring the security of cash and negotiable documents.
  • Utilize suggestive selling techniques to enhance customer experience and respond effectively to inquiries.
  • Assist in restocking merchandise, maintaining store layout, and ensuring cleanliness throughout the store.
  • Monitor and maintain floor stock and fitting room areas to ensure a pleasant shopping environment.
  • Stay informed about product knowledge, point-of-sale instructions, and current promotions.

Qualifications:

  • Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to lift and handle merchandise weighing up to 50 pounds, as well as perform physical tasks such as climbing ladders and standing for extended periods.
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
