Qualifications
  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program is required.
  • Associate or Bachelor's degree in nursing is preferred.
  • Current valid nursing license is required.
  • Preferred: One year of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

The Registered Nurse acts as a leader within the healthcare team at FMH by fostering genuine relationships with patients and their support systems. Collaborating with physicians and team members, the RN assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates personalized care plans that promote optimal health or support a peaceful end-of-life experience. Utilizing evidence-based practices and compassion, the RN assists patients in navigating their health journeys while accepting responsibility for the management and delivery of care in accordance with established policies and procedures.
