Recovery Coach

Mountainside Treatment Center is seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Recovery Coach to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in supporting clients and their families in their journey towards recovery.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide one-on-one support and guidance to clients in their recovery journey
- Assist clients in locating resources and services to aid in their recovery
- Develop and implement individualized recovery plans to meet the unique needs of each client
- Monitor client progress and adapt services as needed
- Prepare and maintain accurate and detailed reports and case histories
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum 2 years' experience in the field of addiction recovery or a related field
- Certification as a Certified Addiction Recovery Coach (CARC) or equivalent
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong understanding of ethics and boundaries in the client-coach relationship
- Competitive salary range: $55,000 - $60,000 per year
