About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Relationship Banker to join our team at Quality Talent Group. As a Relationship Banker, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, understanding their financial needs, and providing personalized solutions to meet those needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in building relationships with customers and understand their financial needs
- Identify opportunities to offer a range of financial products and services to customers
- Analyze business challenges and provide recommendations to resolve customer inquiries and service requests
- Open and service customer accounts within authorized limits
- Provide information to internal partners and external sources to enhance the customer experience
- Partner with financial advisors to understand customer needs and provide solutions
- Provide self-service digital banking options to customers
Requirements:
- 2+ years of customer service experience or equivalent
- 1+ year of assessing and meeting customer needs or helping with issue resolution
- 1+ year of building and maintaining effective relationships with customers and partners
- Desired qualifications include successfully completed FINRA Series 6 and Series 63 examinations, state insurance licenses, and customer service focus with experience handling transactions across multiple systems
