Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee project activities and formulate project timelines.

  • Oversee vendor management: Coordinate procurement, installation, and maintenance of network, security, and cloud systems, ensuring adherence to project specifications.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Assist in creating briefings and presentations for stakeholders; Support the development of documentation on policies, standard operating procedures, and best practices; Provide status updates and project information as needed.
  • Change Management: Handle change requests related to network, security, and cloud operations; Assess the impact of changes on the project; Utilize Change Control Boards to manage and regulate project-related changes, ensuring effective project delivery.
  • Quality Management: Define and uphold project quality standards; Conduct quality control assessments.
  • Provide technical guidance and data to support decision-making regarding solution alternatives and investments.
  • Direct project team execution and provide mentorship to enhance support for stakeholders.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
  • Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) certification.
  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, finance, business management, or a related field.
  • A minimum of nine years of experience as a Technical Project Manager.
  • Proficient in applying project management best practices.
  • Experience with NOC, SOC, and Infrastructure Engineering contracts.
  • Familiarity with Agile and DevOps methodologies.
  • Understanding and experience in implementing ITIL practices.
  • Experience leading medium to large project teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Advanced degree.
  • Experience as a Scrum Master.
  • Knowledge of FinOps.
  • Experience with ServiceNow.

Clearance Requirements:

  • Must be a U.S. citizen.
  • Must hold a Secret level clearance.
  • Eligible to obtain a TS/SCI clearance.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to remain stationary for 50% of the time.
  • Regularly operates a computer and other office equipment.
  • Occasional movement within the office to access files and equipment.
