Commercial Department Head

At Surety Title Company, LLC, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Department Manager to join our team. This is a critical role that requires strong leadership and management skills, as well as a deep understanding of commercial real estate practices and title operations.

• Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the commercial department, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Provide leadership and guidance to department staff, developing and implementing strategies to improve productivity and quality standards.
• Recruit and hire high-quality staff, ensuring proper onboarding and training procedures are followed.
• Develop and implement performance management processes, providing timely feedback and coaching to employees.
• Ensure the branch is managed in a manner consistent with company policies and procedures.

• 5-7 years' experience in the title and settlement industry.
• At least 2 years' previous supervisory experience.
• Effective communication, presentation, and organization skills.
• Knowledge of commercial real estate practices, settlement, and title and escrow curative procedures.

• College degree.
• Knowledge of title abstracting and examining.
