Job Summary

CHS Inc. is seeking a highly skilled E-Crane Operator to join our team at the Myrtle Grove Grain Terminal. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently loading and unloading cargo from ships and barges.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with team members and location staff/management to ensure smooth cargo operations.
  • Operate the E-Crane to load and/or discharge cargo safely and efficiently.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including inspections, adjustments, and lubrication of equipment.
  • Monitor equipment performance and report any issues to maintenance personnel.
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations.
  • Collaborate with Stevedore as needed for lifts and rigging operations.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in operations and/or production operations.
  • Previous experience in a structured team environment.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to lead effectively.
Physical Demands
  • Ability to regularly lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to wear required PPE.
