Position Overview:
We are looking for a Reverse Logistics Operations Supervisor who can inspire their team to achieve excellence. Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the efficient daily operations of the facility
  • Develop and manage schedules
  • Lead the team, providing training and coaching to enhance performance
  • Ensure high-quality work to consistently deliver outstanding customer service
  • Understand and implement the company’s quality policy
  • Follow the GXO 7S program
  • Maintain effective communication with leadership, team members, and other departments
  • Execute continuous improvement initiatives
  • Uphold a clean and organized work environment
Qualifications for Success at GXO:

To be considered, you will need:
  • A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) and experience with computerized scanning equipment
  • Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including planned and unplanned overtime, which may involve weekends
It would be advantageous if you also possess:
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Logistics or a related discipline
  • 2 years of supervisory or managerial experience
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish
  • Experience in an AS9100 or ISO environment
  • Third-Party Logistics (3PL) experience
  • Knowledge of JIT (Just in Time) fiber labeling
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to lift various objects of different shapes, sizes, and weights
  • Capability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
  • Ability to reach (including overhead), bend, climb, push, pull, twist, squat, and kneel
  • Skill in handling or managing tools or equipment
  • Tolerance for varying environmental conditions
