Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Quality Management or Mechanical Engineering is required.
  • A minimum of five years of relevant experience in quality management.
  • In-depth understanding of mechanical engineering principles and machine components.
  • Proven leadership and supervisory capabilities.
  • Familiarity with quality management systems and methodologies such as APQP, SPC, 8D, and Six Sigma.
  • Ability to interpret technical specifications and engineering drawings.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to generate detailed reports.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Fluency in English is essential; additional language proficiency is advantageous.
