Job Summary

Spherion is seeking a skilled Warehouse Assembler to join our team in Indianapolis, IN. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for assembling components in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assemble components in sequence using appropriate devices and equipment
  • Inspect items to ensure proper fit in packages
  • Manually fill and/or operate filling equipment for various products and container sizes
  • Visually inspect assemblies for proper fit of components and operate test jigs as needed
  • Label tubes, containers, and boxes, and apply labels to packaging
  • Operate label application equipment as required
  • Lift filled boxes of components from stands and place them on pallets or in assigned areas
  • Perform 100% quality check on each tube filled during the button board process
Requirements
  • Ability to stand for 8-hour shifts
  • Lift up to 50 pounds
  • Previous factory experience is a plus
