Salon Director

At Moxie Salon, we're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Salon Manager to lead our team and drive business success. As a key member of our management team, you'll be responsible for managing daily salon operations, driving sales through effective client consultation conversations, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

• Manage daily salon operations, including cash register operations and accurate cash reconciliation.
• Drive sales through effective client consultation conversations, upselling salon services, and selling memberships.
• Lead and motivate a team of stylists and makeup artists, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.
• Ensure the salon is maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and organization.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

• Proven experience in a sales or customer service role, with a track record of improving revenue and client acquisition and retention.
• Direct management experience, with a team of six or more people.
• Experience in a salon, beauty industry, or spa setting is a plus, but not required.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for motivating others.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
• Integrity and honesty.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
