Key Responsibilities:
  • Offer guidance and assistance to sellers and buyers in marketing and acquiring properties at optimal prices and conditions.
  • Assess clients' requirements and financial situations to propose appropriate solutions.
  • Facilitate sales through advertising, open houses, and listing services.
  • Showcase and promote properties to potential buyers.
  • Prepare essential documentation, including contracts, leases, and closing statements.

Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
