This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Night Auditor at Blue Sky Hospitality Solutions. As a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel's front desk during the evening hours. This includes balancing accounts, managing front desk activity, handling guest check-ins and check-outs, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
  1. Balance accounts from day shift
  2. Manage front desk activity and handle guest check-ins and check-outs
  3. Ensure customer satisfaction by scheduling wake-up calls and other concierge activities
  4. Handle customer requests and complaints
  5. Manage and update official documentation
  6. Ensure end-of-day activities have been executed
  7. Answer calls and queries related to potential booking
  8. Handle cash and credit card transactions
  9. Balance and audit room revenue and charges
  10. Document guest requests and complaints
  11. Resolve guest issues and complete special requests
  12. Ensure efficient guest registration, checkout, and telephone service
  13. Establish and maintain effective working relationships

Requirements:
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Knowledge of safety and security procedures

Salary:$48,000 - $58,000 per year
