**Machine Learning Platform Lead**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Machine Learning Platform Lead to join our team at Visa. As a key member of our data science organization, you will be responsible for leading the development and maintenance of our Machine Learning Platform, which provides soft infrastructure support to our data scientists and researchers.
Key Responsibilities- Consolidate rich data sources regarding usage of the platform, especially accelerator usage.
- Create a monitoring and analysis framework for the consolidated data set.
- Use empirical and mathematical methods to analyze the consolidated data set, in order to improve the efficiency of our accelerator deployment.
- Supervise junior data scientists.
- Interact with data science customers, including taking and scoping requirements, consolidation and prioritization of tasks, and Agile task management.
- 10+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or at least 7 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 4 years of work experience with a PhD, OR 13+ years of relevant work experience.
- At least 5 years work experience in a supervisory data science or machine learning role.
- Post-bac training in data science or machine learning.
- Python, SQL, data analysis, and ability to communicate data analytic results verbally and in writing to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Familiarity with the Agile development framework.
