Requirements for Culinary Team Members:

  • Must be at least 16 years of age

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Interaction: Greet all customers entering and exiting the establishment, ensuring a friendly and pleasant experience.
  • Food Preparation: Prepare menu items according to established recipes, maintaining food freshness and quality.
  • Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries and complaints promptly and courteously, offering suggestions to enhance their experience.
  • Order Management: Efficiently take orders from the carry-out counter and answer phone calls in a professional manner.
  • Kitchen Maintenance: Keep the kitchen clean, organized, and safe, reporting any equipment issues to the supervisor.
  • Inventory Control: Assist in maintaining inventory levels and ensuring proper food storage practices.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to reach, bend, stoop, and frequently lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Capability to remain on your feet for extended periods.
