Responsibilities:

  • Perform personal care activities such as: bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Assist with ambulation/transfers, preparing meals, and accompanying patients on errands or medical appointments
  • Provide light housekeeping and hospice supportive care
  • Medication reminders and assisting with range of motion exercises
  • Assisting with blood glucose monitoring and care for bed-bound patients
  • Incontinence care using lifting equipment, such as gait belts and Hoyer lifts

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

  • Hoyer lift/Gait Belt experience
  • Personal care skills
  • Range of Motion Exercises proficiency
  • Companionship and communication skills
  • Light cleaning abilities
