Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Analyst - Testing and Quality Assurance to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in the implementation of NBCU operations into SAP and other integrated systems. Your primary responsibilities will include developing and executing testing scripts, identifying defects, and ensuring the quality of our products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and Execute Testing Scripts
    • Create and maintain comprehensive testing scripts to ensure the quality of our products
    • Develop and execute testing scripts to identify defects and ensure the quality of our products
  • Identify and Report Defects
    • Identify defects and report them to the development team in a timely and effective manner
    • Work with the development team to resolve defects and ensure the quality of our products
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, quality assurance, and business stakeholders to ensure the quality of our products
    • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure that testing requirements are met
  • Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Trends
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in testing and quality assurance
    • Apply knowledge of industry trends and best practices to improve testing processes and quality of our products

Requirements

  • Education
    • Bachelor's or advanced degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Accounting, or Business from an accredited institution
  • Experience
    • 5+ years of experience in testing and quality assurance, with a focus on SAP testing and automation
    • Experience with Worksoft tools, such as Certify, Capture, EM/CTM, and uPerform
    • Experience with HP ALM
  • Skills
    • Strong understanding of SAP modules and integrations
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
    • Strong problem-solving skills
    • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA implementation
  • Experience with SAP Cloud ALM
  • Experience with Tricentis Live Compare
  • Experience with Tricentis Tosca or Worksoft
