Job Description

Vista Autism Services is currently seeking a highly motivated Behavioral Health Technician to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality ABA therapy services and supporting individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorders.

The estimated annual salary for this position is between $42,000 - $52,000, based on experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement client-centered treatment plans with fidelity and consistency.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation.
  • Engage in collaborative problem-solving with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Develop and implement behavioral support plans.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices.
Essential Qualifications
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorders.
  • Successful completion of crisis intervention training.
  • An Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Services or a related field is highly desirable.
