**About the Role:**
As an In-Home Health Aide, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our participants. You will work independently, providing high-quality care and support to seniors in their own homes. Our team is dedicated to empowering seniors to live independently, and we believe that our caregivers play a vital role in achieving this goal.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Assist participants with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Provide restorative and supportive care, including ambulation, positioning, and skin care
- Monitor participants' vital signs, weights, and skin condition
- Assist with meals and feeding, as needed
- Report any changes or concerns to the clinical supervisor
Requirements:
- Current and valid state issued Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license
- Current CPR certification or the ability to obtain CPR certification
- Require personal transportation and a current state issued driver's license, good driving record, and auto insurance
- A minimum of one year experience working with frail or elderly individuals
