The stated salary range is a good faith estimate of potential base compensation for this role at the time of this job advertisement and may be adjusted in the future.
Factors such as location, years of relevant experience, education, credentials, budgets, and internal equity may influence the determination of a team member's base salary and/or hourly rate.EXCEPTIONAL BONUS STRUCTURE:
Quarterly target bonus of up to 5% based on customer satisfaction metrics. Additionally, up to $450 per month for a productivity bonus if specific center metrics are achieved.

At GoHealth Urgent Care, we prioritize the needs of our patients by delivering a seamless patient experience, fostering a welcoming culture of care, and ensuring integration with leading health systems and our communities.
The Radiologic Imaging Specialist collaborates with Medical Providers and/or Medical Assistants in the examination and treatment of patients.
This role is responsible for executing a range of technical procedures and applying prescribed ionizing radiation for diagnostic imaging for our patients. Duties include performing and interpreting patient x-rays and communicating results to Medical Providers. Additional responsibilities encompass providing administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of GoHealth Urgent Care Centers.
Key Responsibilities:
Work alongside Medical Providers and Medical Assistants through various tasks related to patient care management, organization, and communication.
Utilize professional judgment to deliver healthcare services, which include applying x-ray energy to assist in the diagnosis or treatment of patients across all age groups, from infants to the elderly.
