Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Grocery Associate. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized store environment, assisting customers with their shopping needs, and supporting our sales floor operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Assist customers with their shopping needs, including loading and unloading groceries, and answering questions about products
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves, sweeping and mopping floors, and disposing of trash
  • Support sales floor operations, including processing transactions, handling customer returns, and maintaining store displays
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve store goals and objectives
