Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Coating Assistant to join our team at Mactac. As a Coating Assistant, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and efficiency of our coating and lamination processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Load and unload materials onto the coater, ensuring accurate and efficient processing.
  • Monitor machine run conditions and perform quality and in-process tests as assigned.
  • Ensure raw and finished materials are correctly handled and stored.
  • Complete necessary paperwork and assist in maintaining productivity and waste reduction standards.
  • Assist in machine change-overs and associated set-ups and clean-ups.
  • Perform other machine positions as circumstances require and training permits.
  • Report faulty operations and/or defective materials to the Operator and/or Shift Supervisor.
  • Follow and assist in following environmental, safety, and housekeeping procedures and regulations.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • At least 6 months of Lift Truck experience or ability to pass a Lift Truck licensing test.
