Job Summary:

Soliant is seeking a highly skilled Part-time School Psychologist to join our team in the Spartanburg, SC area. As a School Psychologist, you will play a vital role in supporting the social, emotional, and academic well-being of students in grades K-5th. This is a part-time position, requiring 20-25 hours of work per week, with a schedule of 3 days per week.

Key Responsibilities:

• Attend referrals from teachers, parents, and other stakeholders in a responsible and timely manner.
• Conduct thorough re-evaluations to ensure accurate and up-to-date assessments of students' needs.
• Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and Response to Intervention (RTI) meetings, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
• Conduct comprehensive initial evaluations to identify and understand students' strengths and areas for growth.
• Develop effective behavior intervention plans through Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs).
• Provide guidance and support to teachers and other staff members in addressing students' unique needs.

Qualifications:

• Master's or Doctoral degree in School Psychology.
• Valid state certification as a School Psychologist in South Carolina.
• Experience working with K-5th grade students.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
