Senior Systems Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Systems Administrator to join our team in supporting our government client's activities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in systems administration, including experience with computer systems, network issues, and software updates. This role requires a TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance and the ability to work on-site at our customer's location.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintains computer systems' workflows and ensures the reliable operation of computer systems
Troubleshoots moderately complex system hardware and software issues
Trains end users on the proper use of hardware and software
Performs software installations and upgrades to operating systems and layered software packages
Monitors and tunes systems to achieve optimum performance levels
Ensures workstation/server data integrity by implementing standard software and hardware solutions
Conducts hardware and software audits of workstations and servers to ensure compliance with established standards, policies, and configuration guidelines
Ensures that performance and security of computers meet the needs of network users
Requirements:
3+ years of related experience
Understanding of desktop computers, thin clients, servers, VoIP phones, video conferencing, cabling standards, installation, systems administration, testing equipment, and ITIL best practices
Must possess appropriate and current DoD Information Assurance (IA) certification
CompTIA Security+ CE is the minimum certification
