What We Seek

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and maintain equipment utilized in daily operations.
- Lead a team of technicians to ensure adherence to industry standards.
- Execute dry and wet mitigation/pre-cleaning in accordance with established procedures.
- Carefully manage contents at client sites to facilitate remediation efforts.
- Ensure safe packaging of items to prevent damage during transport.
- Transport items to the cleaning facility for restoration and storage.
- Comply with recognized safety standards and protocols.
- Conduct daily vehicle safety checks and maintain cleanliness.
- Exhibit a caring attitude and commitment to exceptional customer service.
Qualifications
- Bilingual candidates (English & Spanish) are strongly preferred.
- Experience in construction, restoration, or the insurance sector is advantageous.
- Relevant certifications are a plus.
- Ability to identify product usage and disposal requirements with training.
- Must meet eligibility criteria to operate a vehicle per company policy.
- Demonstrate a sense of urgency, professionalism, and a positive work ethic.
- Capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of customer service principles.
Physical Requirements
- Frequent lifting of items exceeding 50 lbs.
- Ability to navigate tight spaces.
