Job Overview

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our team in Longview, WA. As a COTA, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and making a positive impact on the lives of our clients.

Responsibilities
  • Provide occupational therapy services to patients in a variety of settings, including hospitals, clinics, and rehabilitation centers.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to help patients achieve their goals and improve their functional abilities.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and develop effective treatment plans.
  • Administer and interpret assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and develop effective treatment plans.
  • Document patient progress and maintain accurate records.
Requirements
  • Current COTA certification and licensure in the state of Washington.
  • One to three years of experience as a COTA in a hospital or clinical setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks accordingly.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in electronic medical records.
