Fitness Ambassador

About the Role:

We're seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Fitness Ambassador. As a key member of our studio, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, promoting our brand, and driving sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet every member with enthusiasm, energy, and knowledge
• Present the Orangetheory concept to interested consumers
• Work at the front desk, answering phones and interacting with members
• Give studio tours and guide new members through their first workout
• Sell memberships and promote our services
• Follow up with prospective clients and handle member concerns
• Participate in marketing and outreach events
• Maintain a clean and organized studio environment
