Position Summary:
The National Security Sector at Leidos is seeking a Graphic Designer / Developer to support a U.S. federal government intelligence agency. This role requires close collaboration with analysts to grasp their needs and utilize your graphic design expertise to enhance and articulate analytical insights and assessments.


The ideal candidate will possess a strong interest in geographic information systems and a talent for transforming intricate data into engaging visual narratives.


Key Responsibilities:
• Design and develop a diverse array of intelligence products, merging graphics with text, audio, and video to create interactive and multimedia high-visibility intelligence outputs.
• Generate dynamic content that adheres to Intelligence Community (IC) standards, including podcasts and audio segments.


Qualifications:
• Must hold an active Top Secret security clearance with the capability to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI with Polygraph.
• A minimum of eight years of graphic design experience, with some of that experience occurring within the last two years.


• Proven proficiency in professional graphics and design software, including but not limited to: Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere, and Flash), Apple Final Cut Pro X, Map Publisher, Microsoft 365, and other interactive graphics tools.


• Familiarity with IC and DoD classification guidelines and procedures is essential.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and to synthesize information from multiple sources logically.


• Strong communication skills, capable of articulating complex issues clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing.


Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Angular, or TypeScript.
• Background in cartography and geographic information systems.


• In-depth knowledge of the intelligence production cycle, executive intelligence production, graphic design, web development, and data science technologies.


• A Bachelor's degree in graphic design or a related field from an accredited institution.


Compensation:
The pay range for this position is between $78,000 and $141,000. This range serves as a general guideline and is not a guarantee of compensation. Various factors, including job responsibilities, education, experience, and skills, will be considered in determining the final offer.
