Main Street Veterinary Hospital is seeking a compassionate and skilled Lead Veterinarian to join our team. As a leader in clinical excellence, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our patients while developing strong relationships with their owners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional patient care and develop rapport with clients
  • Communicate effectively with clients and other team members
  • Monitor associate doctor performance and production
  • Assist in the development of the paraprofessional team
  • Stay up-to-date with new medical information and changes in veterinary medicine
Requirements
  • Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree from an accredited university
  • Licensure in good standing to practice in the state
  • 3+ years of leadership/management experience, preferred
  • 3+ years of experience as a veterinarian, required
  • Professional comportment and appearance, with excellent interpersonal skills and a positive, friendly attitude
