Job Summary:
The Clinical Nurse is responsible for providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with the healthcare team to achieve optimal patient outcomes. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a strong commitment to patient-centered care, and a passion for delivering exceptional patient experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
- Provide direct patient care and coordinate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care transitions
- Collaborate with patients and families to promote patient engagement and empowerment
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of safety and excellence
Requirements:
- 2 years of nursing experience
- Current RN licensure in North Carolina
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Ability to work a variety of shifts, including nights and weekends
