**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to lead our culinary team at Pchresorts. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing all kitchen operations and staff to ensure a consistent, high-quality food product.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Manage and direct kitchen staff to ensure efficient and effective food preparation and service.
  • Oversee all food preparation areas, including banquets, room service, restaurants, and associate cafeteria.
  • Develop and implement menus, recipes, and food presentation standards to enhance the dining experience.
  • Monitor and control food costs, inventory, and labor expenses to maximize profitability.
  • Collaborate with the food and beverage management team to execute all kitchen operations and improve guest satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations, and maintain a clean and safe working environment.

**Requirements**

  • 5+ years of experience as an Executive Chef or in a similar leadership role.
  • Proven track record of success in managing kitchen operations and staff.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
