**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to lead our culinary team at Pchresorts. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing all kitchen operations and staff to ensure a consistent, high-quality food product.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage and direct kitchen staff to ensure efficient and effective food preparation and service.
- Oversee all food preparation areas, including banquets, room service, restaurants, and associate cafeteria.
- Develop and implement menus, recipes, and food presentation standards to enhance the dining experience.
- Monitor and control food costs, inventory, and labor expenses to maximize profitability.
- Collaborate with the food and beverage management team to execute all kitchen operations and improve guest satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations, and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
**Requirements**
- 5+ years of experience as an Executive Chef or in a similar leadership role.
- Proven track record of success in managing kitchen operations and staff.
- Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
