- Equipment Maintenance: Maintain and repair equipment, vehicles, and other tools to ensure they are in good working condition.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and management to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with the latest pest control techniques, products, and technologies to provide the best possible service to clients.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or technical school preferred.
- Experience: 1-3 months of related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Skills: Strong communication and customer service skills; ability to work independently and as part of a team; basic math skills and ability to follow instructions.
- Licenses/Certifications: Valid driver's license and ability to obtain any required licenses or certifications.
As a Pest Control Technician, you will work in a fast-paced environment, interacting with clients, colleagues, and management to provide exceptional service. You will be required to work in various weather conditions, including extreme temperatures, and may be exposed to chemicals, dust, and other hazardous materials.
