As an LPN with IntelyCare, you'll have the opportunity to work in post-acute facilities, providing high-quality care to residents and contributing to a positive and supportive team environment. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing direct patient care, including administering medications and monitoring vital signs
- Conducting intakes and documenting health concerns and medical history
- Reviewing resident charts and medical records
- Assisting with the cultivation of a safe and comfortable facility environment
To be successful as an LPN with IntelyCare, you'll need:
- A current Ohio state license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
- Completion of an approved LPN educational program
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds
- Minimum of 6 months of experience as an LPN or in a related role
