About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Home Health Aide to join our team. As a Home Health Aide, you will be responsible for carrying out assigned tasks on clients and following Home Health Aide Care Plans. You will also assist clients with proper exercises and rehabilitation, help them maintain personal hygiene, and assist with all aspects of activities of daily living.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a home health or hospice setting.
  • Minimum of 1 year of full-time experience in direct client care in an institutional setting (hospital or nursing facility).
  • Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) strongly preferred.
