The Registered Nurse - Emergency Room will provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment, triaging, assessing, and treating patients of all ages. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a team, and prioritize tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities:

  • Triage and assess patients, providing individualized care and treatment
  • Develop and implement plans to achieve expected outcomes, prioritizing patient needs
  • Collaborate with physicians and other departments to ensure seamless patient care
  • Provide education and follow-up care instructions to patients and families
  • Manage multiple cases simultaneously, maintaining a patient-focused and safety-aware approach

Qualifications:

  • 1 year of recent acute care ER RN experience required
  • Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Florida, multistate, or able to obtain licensure prior to start
  • Associate Degree or Registered Nurse Diploma
  • BLS certification required prior to employment start date
  • Nonviolent Crisis Intervention certification within 90 days of employment start date
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) or ACLS Instructor certification within 90 days of employment start date
  • PALS Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) or PALS Instructor certification within 90 days of employment start date
