The Operations Supervisor will assist the District Manager and will be tasked with elevated responsibilities in support of the branch and its daily functions.
This role will facilitate the overall branch operations and individual service technicians by offering guidance and training on commercial food equipment, operational procedures, and customer interaction skills.
Key Responsibilities
The Operations Supervisor will also be responsible for upholding and enforcing all company policies and standards mandated by Hobart Service, as well as aiding the District Manager in monitoring and ensuring compliance with these policies.
This position is accountable for helping to lead and manage the assigned branch operations to achieve continuous service revenue growth, profitability, productivity, quality, and service excellence.
Team Leadership
This role will oversee the management and administration of general business operations for their branch. The Operations Supervisor provides strategic direction as well as day-to-day management of a team of Field Service Technicians and lower-level supervisory personnel (where applicable).
Field Service Team Development
Responsibilities include developing, maintaining, and managing a highly skilled field service team. Our Field Service Technicians are responsible for customer commercial food service equipment installations, preventative maintenance, equipment upgrades and updates, sales support for new systems, establishing and nurturing customer relationships, and creating and implementing strategies aimed at achieving or surpassing financial and customer satisfaction objectives.
Employee Development
Additionally, this position is responsible for ongoing employee development and enhancing employee retention and engagement levels. Manage routine maintenance for service vehicles.
Compensation:
$80,000 - $89,000
