Position Overview:
As a School Speech-Language Pathologist, you will work primarily with middle school students, managing a caseload capped at 45 students, ensuring that each child receives the attention they deserve.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Assess and evaluate students' speech and language capabilities to create and implement effective treatment plans.
2. Deliver high-quality speech-language therapy services in accordance with each student's Individualized Education Program (IEP).
3. Conduct assessments, analyze results, and develop comprehensive reports to identify strengths and areas for improvement in speech, voice, fluency, pragmatics, language, and oral motor skills.
4. Utilize current professional literature and evidence-based practices to inform your clinical decisions.
5. Foster a productive learning environment through effective management strategies and instructional techniques.
6. Actively participate in IEP meetings, team discussions, and collaborative problem-solving sessions.
7. Collaborate with instructional staff to develop strength-based, child-centered treatment plans aimed at enhancing educational outcomes.
8. Ensure that evaluations and service delivery comply with school, state, and federal regulations.
9. Support teachers in identifying and addressing speech and language delays or disorders.
10. Perform additional duties as required.

Qualifications:
1. Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
2. Valid Colorado SLP license.
3. Clinical Fellows are encouraged to apply.
