  • Installation Expertise: Prepare and install flooring in accordance with company procedures, demonstrating attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
  • Tool Maintenance: Keep tools organized and clean, and maintain a safe and clean work environment.
  • Project Preparation: Familiarize yourself with project files and scope of work to ensure a smooth installation process.
  • Machinery Operation: Safely operate company machinery and power tools.
  • Mathematical Skills: Apply knowledge of units of measurement and complete simple math calculations as needed.
  • Customer Interaction: Engage with customers in a friendly and polite manner, demonstrating trustworthiness and comfort in a customer's home.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure high-quality company standards are met every time, and work to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Travel Requirements: Be prepared to travel throughout the week to various work locations.
Qualifications:
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of flooring installation or general contracting experience.
  • Transportation: Valid driver's license and functioning vehicle.
  • Criminal Background Check: Ability to pass a background check.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift and repetitive crouching, squatting, standing, walking, and lifting.
