Key Responsibilities
  • Perform independently tasks of a skilled nature, necessary for the operation, maintenance, and repair of Fred Hutch buildings, grounds, and equipment.
  • Attend classes at Rental Technical College as required and maintain passing grades.
  • Maintain an on-the-job training record and turn these records into the union monthly and on time.
  • Operate hand tools, power tools, and equipment relevant to selected trade.
  • Perform manual labor associated with the relevant trade.
  • Runs errands, carries, and delivers materials, tools, and equipment.
  • Cleans tools and equipment.

This role is represented by IUOE-302 and the hourly contracted rate is $27.17, including a $1.50 Central Pension Fund diversion.
