About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Litigation Associate to join our dynamic and growing litigation team in Winston-Salem, NC. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 3 years of general commercial litigation experience and a strong desire to take depositions, argue motions or hearings, and try cases.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct legal research and analysis to support litigation efforts
  • Assist in the preparation and trial of cases
  • Develop and implement effective litigation strategies
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve case goals
Requirements
  • JD degree from an ABA-accredited law school
  • Member of the North Carolina State Bar or ability to obtain admission promptly
  • Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment
