DCI Donor Services is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager of Quality to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance in our operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and maintain compliance with all regulatory standards and industry-driven accreditations.
- Oversee quality deliverables and practices, including policy deviations and nonconformances, audits, training, document control, adverse reactions, PDSA, and CA/PA.
- Provide daily management, training, and scheduling of quality personnel.
- Promote accurate medical records and data elements with applicable regulations and standards.
- Oversee the organ chart review and audit process, ensuring correction assignments are made by the appropriate staff to ensure a comprehensive and complete donor record.
- Manage the audit system and collaborate in the development and analysis of statistical measurements of activity, quality, and regulatory compliance.
- Oversee the review and investigation of deviations and occurrence reports, completing root cause analysis and finalizing reporting as appropriate.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in an OPO quality systems experience with medical records.
- 3+ years of experience with a quality management system.
- CQIA, CPTC, CTBS, CEBT preferred.
- Valid driver's license with the ability to pass MVR underwriting requirements.
