Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality nursing care to residents, including administering medications and developing care plans.
• Supervise and guide nursing assistants to ensure they are providing the best possible care.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date resident records, including charts and documentation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• Valid and current nursing license in Illinois.
• Current CPR certification.
• At least one year of experience in long-term care.
