Job Description

Titan Medical Group is seeking a skilled Respiratory Therapist to join our team for an 18-week assignment in Indianapolis, IN. As a Travel Respiratory Therapist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and working collaboratively with our healthcare team.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide respiratory care to patients with a variety of conditions, including respiratory failure, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), and pneumonia.
  • Develop and implement individualized respiratory care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Conduct pulmonary function tests, including spirometry and arterial blood gas analysis.
  • Monitor and maintain patient records, including vital signs, medication administration, and treatment plans.

Requirements:

  • Current RRT certification from the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC)
  • 2 years of experience as a Respiratory Therapist
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for long periods
