The District Dental Director plays a pivotal role in overseeing the operation of dental teams across multiple locations, focusing on coaching, mentorship, and compliance with regulations.

This position requires collaboration with various dental specialists and active participation in community events, necessitating a DDS/DMD accreditation and a valid dental license.

Key Responsibilities
  • Train and develop staff to reach performance potential
  • Manage patient relations and ensure adherence to clinical guidelines while fostering a positive patient experience
  • Ensure compliance with government and state dental board rules regulations, including CMS, HIPPA, and OSHA
  • Develop and execute SMART plans to improve customer service standards
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition in selection and onboarding processes
Community Involvement

Participate in community events, including dental school meetings, board member meetings, and dental associations, to represent the company in the dental and local communities.

Requirements
  • 5+ years of management experience preferably with a multisite dental practice
  • DDS/DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation
  • Compassion and a strong desire to provide dental care to both children and adults
