Job Description

Job Title: Class-A CDL Relay Company Driver

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Class-A CDL Relay Company Driver to join our team at Quality Carriers. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for safely transporting goods across the country, adhering to strict regulations and guidelines.

Responsibilities:

  • Operate a Class-A CDL vehicle, safely transporting goods across the country
  • Adhere to all relevant regulations and guidelines, including those related to hazmat and tanker endorsements
  • Meet or exceed performance standards, including on-time delivery and safety metrics
  • Participate in regular safety training and meetings to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • Valid Class-A CDL with tanker and hazmat endorsements
  • Must-have or be willing to obtain a TWIC card
  • 1 year of tractor-trailer experience within the last 3 years or 1 year of tanker experience in the last 10 years

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Average weekly gross: $1,800
  • Sign-on bonus: $5,000
  • Driver referral bonus program: $3,000
  • Paid orientation and on-the-job training
  • Insurance, 401(k), and paid time off
  • Employee assistance program and satellite TV in all trucks

Run Details:

  • Out minimum of 4 nights
  • Home most weekends
  • Primary routes: east of Mississippi and Northeast region
  • Average miles per week: 2,350
