Delta Physician Placement is proud to offer a competitive compensation package for our Hematology Oncology Physician position. The base salary is $750,000, guaranteed, and includes a $50,000 sign-on bonus. Additionally, we offer comprehensive health benefits, a retirement plan, paid relocation expenses, and six weeks of paid time off plus holidays. Our physicians also receive paid malpractice insurance, a CME allowance, and other benefits to support their professional growth and well-being.
Responsibilities and Facility Details
As a Hematology Oncology Physician with Delta Physician Placement, you will have the opportunity to work in a 25-bed critical access hospital with a not-for-profit mission. Our facility offers a 4.5-day workweek and no call, allowing for a better work-life balance. You will be part of an amazing and supportive administrative team, using the Meditech EMR system to deliver high-quality patient care. Our hospital is committed to providing a positive and inclusive work environment, where our physicians can thrive and grow in their careers.
Qualifications and Skills
To be successful in this role, you must be board eligible or board certified in Hematology Oncology.
