Busser

Cate Street Seafood Station is seeking a Busser to join our team. As a Busser, you will play a vital role in ensuring our guests have an exceptional dining experience.

1. Prepare the dining room for patrons by cleaning and setting tables, decorations, condiments, and utensils.
2. Protect the establishment and patrons by adhering to sanitation and safety policies.
3. Maintain table settings by removing courses, replenishing utensils, and refilling water glasses.
4. Support wait staff by setting up and replenishing condiment stands, trash containers, and bus stations.
5. Clean and maintain the dining area, including sweeping and/or vacuuming floors, and removing trash and recyclables.
6. Participate in staff training opportunities to update job knowledge.

1. No prior experience required.
2. Prior restaurant experience is preferred.

This position operates in a fast-paced restaurant setting with a loud noise level. The employee may be exposed to hazards, including cuts, slipping, tripping, falls, and burns. Frequent hand washing is required.

The physical demands of this job include standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, and crouching. Occasional lifting of products weighing up to 20 pounds may be required.

This position offers a competitive hourly rate of $4.00 plus tips.
