Job Summary

The Associate Optometrist is a key member of our team, responsible for delivering exceptional patient care and driving business results. As a leader in our organization, you will collaborate with our Store Manager and store team to ensure executional excellence and winning results.

Key Responsibilities

* Ensure all patients receive the highest quality Optometric care by performing clinical protocols while maximizing results and practices growth through strong partnership with the Store Manager, store team, and Regional Manager.
* Deliver key performance indicators and serve as a leading ambassador of the Brand inside and outside the organization who is driven by passion and high standards to always go above and beyond.

Requirements

* Doctor of Optometry
* Commitment to quality patient care
* Knowledge of current Optometric theory and technology
* Strong communicator and listener
* Problem-solving ability
* Solid organizational skills
