As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with IntelyCare, you will provide compassionate nursing care in post-acute facilities in the area. Your responsibilities will include monitoring residents' physical and mental conditions, tracking vital signs, and performing resident intakes and documentation.
You will also be responsible for helping with the administration and proper verification of medications, tracking their use and effects, and cultivating a comfortable and safe facility for residents. Additionally, you will track residents' medical records and charts, assist with the set up of IVs, immunizations, and phlebotomy procedures, and maintain a proper inventory of medical supplies.
As a valued member of our team, you will be accountable for following and adhering to resident care plans and working with staff in the orientation and training of new colleagues.
Requirements- High school graduation, GED, or equivalent
